She really figured out what we were looking for and the first time touring homes in person with Laura we found a home we wanted to put an offer on. Laura was really patient during the home tours, answering all of our questions, pointing out several things (ex. roof would need replacement within 5 years), but at the same time letting my husband and I develop an opinion of the home on our own without pressure. When we were ready to make an offer Laura was helpful to walk us through the process and offered strategic advice on how to craft the offer. We toured, made an offer and had it accepted all in the same day. It was such an easy experience overall thanks to Laura's preparedness - we are so grateful.
